Delivery Time
   Our pottery is carefully hand-made, hand-decorated and then fired in my kiln just for you. It normally takes a few weeks to create your piece. Allowing me this time ensures that every piece is made with the care and attention to detail you deserve.

Shipping
   We use UPS and DHL to ship our products because they go everywhere for a reasonable rate. UPS requires a street address and phone number for delivery and can not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Complete shipping information makes for a reliable delivery.

Ordering
   If you want to ship products to different addresses, we ask that you enter each order separately to avoid confusion. Our system can only accept one "ship to" address per order.

Delivery Charges
   Shipping and handling charges are based on a flat rate to cover shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping charges are calculated and added to your shopping cart.
